1. Who is responsible

2. What data is collected

The contact form processes the data you provide and technical data needed to protect the service.

• Name and email address
• Optional company and country
• Message content
• Optional UTM source parameters
• A SHA-256 hash of the submitting IP address for rate limiting

3. Why data is used

Data is used to answer enquiries, discuss potential work, route leads, protect the form from abuse, and send transactional confirmations. It is not sold or used for automated decision-making.

4. Processors and transfers

Resend delivers transactional email. Vercel hosts the website and provides cookieless analytics. These providers may use subprocessors; their published privacy and transfer terms apply.

5. Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics records aggregate page views and named CTA events without personal identifiers or stored IP addresses. No advertising pixels are used.

6. Retention

Contact submissions are retained for up to 12 months unless an active business relationship or legal obligation requires longer retention. Rate-limit hashes expire after one hour in the application instance.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Email hello@synthms.com to exercise a right.

8. Legal basis

Enquiry handling relies on steps requested before entering a contract and, where applicable, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. Legal obligations apply where required.
