Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

SynthMS is a solo-operated service. The data controller is MS, reachable at hello@synthms.com.

2. What data is collected

SynthMS collects personal data only through the contact form on the website. The following fields are collected:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name, optional
• Country, optional
• Message content

No data is collected through cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts.

3. How data is used

Submitted data is used for one purpose:

• To respond to the inquiry and discuss potential project work.

Data is not used for marketing, newsletters, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4. Where data is stored

Contact form submissions are stored using the following services:

• Supabase - database storage. Data is stored in the EU, Frankfurt region. Supabase Privacy Policy
• Resend - transactional email delivery. Used to send notification emails when a form is submitted. Resend Privacy Policy

5. Analytics

SynthMS uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data. No cookies are set, and no IP addresses are stored. Vercel Analytics collects aggregate, anonymous page-view data only.

6. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months. After that period, data is deleted from Supabase unless there is an ongoing business relationship that requires its retention.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data held about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Request data portability
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

8. Third-party sharing

SynthMS does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers listed in section 4, and only for the purposes described in this policy.

9. Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. No notification will be sent for minor changes.
